Delivering the first fully automated SAP Solution configuration documentation, enabled for individual SAP solutions or for a number of applications as defined in SOlution Manager Project Scenarios and Processes. The configuration documentation is stored either in a structure based on the IMG or in the structure of the Solution Manager project, including scenarios, processes and steps and can be formatted as HTML, XML or text files. February 2010 First Pilot of our SAP Re-Engineering Solution was successfully finished - with a analysis and presentation. Our SAP reverse engineering solution contains an analysis of Configuration, Developments, DDIC, Roles, Transactions and usages and Transports with duplicates and conflicts , each assigned to SAP Business Scenarios and Processes and we deliver management dashboards, detailed lists of all items configured, developed or duplicated in transports with any conflicts resulting as well as a SAP Solution Manager project file, which can be uploaded. We also implement Solution Manager for business process management, change management, service desk and solution monitoring. 11.August 2008 A new project has been awarded and we start work for a major Abu Dhabi company - performing a detailed analysis of the current business process manually and automated reverse business process engineering (RBE+ by IBIS Prof.Thome AG). This will be used as a blueprint for upcoming SAP implementation projects. 21.July 2008 For a new major global client, we are asked to assume responsibility for the European Program Management of a multi-national SAP implementation and integration of SAP with mobile solution and other systems. We also implement Solution Manager for business process management, change management, service desk and solution monitoring. 05.July 2008 We start a project to implement Project Management with cProjects integration for a major Dubai company, managing multiple parallel SAP implementation projects and train the project managers and team, also integrating the complete system landscape of ECC systems, XI, EP, different IS systems, at a total about 40 instances. 25.June 2008 We deliver additional Solution Manager Project Management training for a major Abu Dhabi company 17.June 2008 We open our Abu Dhabi office in the Al Bateen Business Centre 22.May 2008 The Solution Manager Seminar in Dubai was very well received, one quote of the SAP PMO for a major Dubai organization: "The best training I attended, much better than any paid training" . 14.April 2008 Due to the high number of requests, we offer 2 Solution Manager seminar in USA, one in Las Vegas and one in New York City and also one seminar in Hong Kong. 25.March 2008 Due to the high number of requests, we offer a Solution Manager seminar in Dubai from 20th to 21st of May 2008 and invite all interested parties to join. It will be a combined presentation and workshop style, answering questions and suggesting implementation roadmaps for concrete requirements and business cases. 19.March 2008 Another Solution Manager implementation was successfully finished, on time and within original budget. On request of the client, we modified the change management process to fit specific needs. 19.February 2008 We are glad to release version 3.1 of the NE-Project Workbench - the one project tool, which has already helped hundreds of project members to be successful. It manages project phases and planning, project office, business processes, system configuration, developments, testing, training and offers project chat and discussion boards.
