We recommend you use our Project Workbench, in which case all required adjustments, set-up and configurations for your specific needs will be included in your start-up pack. If you decide to choose the MS Office version of the start-up pack, it includes: Project Management Project governance, project checklist, project status report Excel, project status report Powerpoint, slipping tasks overview, budget plan and current usage, status per team and per deliverable type, phase status Project Management Office Management of issues, risk, actions, concerns, management of contractors, detailed budget tracking based on invoices with MS Excel.
